There are no regrets in life, just lessons...so enjoy learning!

People say that you're going the wrong way when its simply a way of your own...

Once you figure out who you are and what you love about yourself, I think it all kinda falls into place...
And then you stop expecting for the unexpected!

I always think, There must be thousands of girls sitting alone like me, dreaming of becoming famous and successful. But I'm not going to worry about them.
Im dreaming the hardest!

Life completes a full circle !!!

All gathered around the Holi bonfire!
Our faces lit with dreams of hope, happiness, love… It was the best time of the year when we 'friends' came together to celebrate colour. We sat at our katta whole night chatting and watched the flames die out into ashes…
The blend of vibrant colours and water made our holi morning an exceptional one each year. One ran after the other to apply a bright blue on his face or a mucky yellow on her hair! One plotted against the other to splash a bucket of muddy water or to push someone on his current ‘crush’! It was always a riot…a cheerful one! There was not much of a difference in the way one played his Holi but it was fun every single year!!!
Drenched in colourful hues; we would proceed to our building terrace by afternoon… A crate of beer n cards was the call for the day! Our conversations and arguments continued till late evening… until one of the parents would call out for us!
Though we lived our separate lives through the year, holi time we were together.
The amount of excitement to celebrate the festival always sustained.
We ‘Best friends’ will always cherish these enjoyable and amusing moments together…we promised! We wanted to preserve each memory forever!
Their hopeful faces brought back these treasured memories as I watched a fresh group of enthusiastic friends from my bedroom window. They gathered around the bonfire, cheering, joking, and happy!!! They had the same amount of excitement and pride in being together…and celebrating colour- Their Way!
Beside them was the empty katta, waiting apprehensively for the new group....
